The MTI team is responsible for developing test solutions for all Microsoft branded hardware devices. The position requires both independent work capability and strong collaboration skills to build strategic partnerships with internal teams and external suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of manufacturing environment experience, with a background in hardware development engineering. Knowledge of SPC and six sigma methodologies is essential, along with proficiency in engineering design tools. Experience with automation system development and qualification processes would be advantageous.

Microsoft offers comprehensive benefits including industry-leading healthcare, educational resources, savings and investments opportunities, parental leave, and generous time away. The position involves 25-50% travel and is based on-site at Microsoft facilities.

Join Microsoft's mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more, while working in a culture that values respect, integrity, and accountability.
