We're seeking a data-driven Product Manager to join our Copilot team, specifically focusing on Measurement and Evaluation. This role combines technical expertise with product management skills to drive the next wave of AI capabilities.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology, collaborating with data scientists, AI researchers, engineers, and designers. You'll be responsible for measuring and evaluating Copilot's performance, from model effectiveness to user behaviors, while directly influencing product strategy and improvements.

Working in our San Francisco Bay Area office (3 days/week required), you'll be part of a small, friendly, fast-moving team that values creativity, curiosity, and technical depth.   • Define the product roadmap and strategic direction for the Copilot Data Science team
  • Extract data insights from billions of data points to uncover issues and opportunities
  • Influence NorthStar metrics and measure the success of Copilot
  • Share Data Science and Product Analytics Insights in Weekly Product Reviews
  • Orient the overall Copilot product strategy
  • Transform learnings into direct model improvements

Requirements For Senior Product Manager - Copilot Measurement & Evaluation

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management OR equivalent experience
  • Experience building product roadmaps for user facing products
  • Technical expertise with experience in quantitative roles
  • Experience with data analytics and experimentation tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, JavaScript)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
