  • Maintain deep technical expertise in Microsoft Security Products
  • Mentor others and support technical development of international team
  • Participate in 24/7 On-Call roster

Requirements For Senior Security Customer Experience Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of software industry experience
  • 4+ years experience in deep technical role in IT, Technical Support, Consulting, or Program Management
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security technologies
  • 4+ years of experience in customer relationship management
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Willingness to participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotation
  • Preferred alignment with US-East Coast or US-Central Time Zones
