Senior Security Engineer - Red Team

As a Senior Security Engineer in the Gaming and AI RedTeam, you will:

• Lead operations and collaborate with experienced red teamers to identify and exploit vulnerabilities across all layers of services.
• Work on application, cloud, network, hardware, and operational security domains.
• Collaborate closely with developers and security personnel from multiple teams across Microsoft.
• Foster the team's growth both technically and culturally.
• Adopt tactics, techniques, and procedures of potential attackers to provide critical insights.
• Empower security teams to strengthen defenses and protect against evolving digital threats.

Key responsibilities include:

• Discovering and exploiting vulnerabilities end-to-end to assess service security.
• Executing and leading Red Team operations using real-world adversarial tactics.
• Advocating for security changes across the company.
• Analyzing data sources to identify potential security weaknesses.
• Prototyping tools and techniques to scale offensive emulation and vulnerability discovery.
• Collaborating with Blue Teams to improve readiness and produce solutions.
• Analyzing simulated adversary tactics to enrich defensive tactics and threat intelligence.
