Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Microsoft Security is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their CISO organization, focusing on identity and security engineering. This role is critical in ensuring the right identities get access to the right resources at the right time across Microsoft's enterprise identity and access management platforms.

As a Senior SRE, you'll be responsible for providing technical engineering support for the Identity platform, implementing automation for service improvements, and resolving complex service issues. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and have the opportunity to design and implement end-to-end service telemetry and alerting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring 9+ years of experience in identity technologies, strong PowerShell scripting abilities, and expertise in IAM tools. You'll need to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of monitoring and observability best practices. The role requires both technical expertise and strong collaborative abilities, as you'll be working across teams and mentoring junior members.
