Senior Software Engineer

Microsoft's Account Microsoft Company (AMC) team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Hyderabad office. This role is part of the 6th largest visited Microsoft site, managing end-to-end consumer experiences for devices, Xbox subscription, payments, and billing verticals. The team has full ownership of these verticals with product development driven from India/Hyderabad IDC.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale APIs that federate Microsoft account data through Member View Services (MVS), serving AMC and other clients like Copilot and Microsoft Support. The team is known for its first-class experimentation capabilities, successfully retaining thousands of Xbox subscribers through AI-powered game personalization and generating significant cost savings for Microsoft.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in leading, designing, and implementing features across the full technology stack, utilizing React, .Net, Azure, Kubernetes, and AI. The role requires a strong background in software development with at least 10 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in either backend or frontend development.
