Senior Software Engineer

At Team Xbox, we are on a mission to bring the joy and community of gaming to everyone on the planet. As part of the Xbox Services & Operations (XSO) team, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build experiences surrounding parent and child account signups and parental management of safety controls across all Xbox clients. This role involves working with a diverse team to develop platform features for web and native codebases, spanning mobile devices, web browsers, consoles, PCs, and handhelds.

The position is within the Gaming Player Services and Operations division, which is crucial to reaching billions of players globally. You'll be working on cloud solutions leveraging Azure platform capabilities, contributing to the engineering of Observability and Manageability solutions. The role requires strong collaboration with geographically distributed teams, including product management, program management, UX design, and engineering teams.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing features that delight customers, establishing new requirements and best practices, and addressing challenges in building high-quality solutions.
