Senior Software Engineer

Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Datacenter Planning & eXecution Engineering (DPXE) team. This role involves architecting, designing, and building next-generation connected systems and tools using microservices architecture or ERP platforms to manage critical business functions such as Supply Chain, Cost, Schedule, Networking, Commissioning, Safety, and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end SAP IBP implementation activities
• Resolve complex system integration challenges
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Design, architect, and provide technical leadership
• Share learnings and code assets with the CO+I engineering team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 4+ years experience in SAP IBP implementation
• 2+ full cycle SAP IBP Supply Planning implementations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with full product cycle and shipping V1 products
• Background in construction/capital projects
• Agile methodologies and test-driven development experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

The role offers a competitive salary range of $117,200 - $229,200 per year (higher in San Francisco and New York City areas) and includes benefits such as healthcare, educational resources, savings and investments, parental leave, and more.

This position is located in one of the hub locations: Atlanta, GA; Washington, D.C.; Redmond, WA; San Antonio, TX; or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support is provided, and candidates must reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
