Senior Software Engineer - CTJ - TS/SCI

Microsoft is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Cloud Transfer Service team, a crucial component responsible for enabling secure data transfer between clouds, including sovereign and air-gapped environments. Key responsibilities include acting as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for service monitoring, developing standardized and scalable solutions, and ensuring best-in-class engineering practices. You'll be involved in improving test coverage, implementing integration tests, and maintaining service operations through on-call rotations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of technical engineering experience, with specific expertise in PowerShell, C#, or C++. Experience with large-scale distributed services and on-call responsibilities is essential. The role offers a competitive salary range of $117,200 - $229,200 USD annually, with higher ranges for specific locations like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City.
