Senior Sourcing Engineer

Microsoft's Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is seeking a Senior Sourcing Engineer to join their Cloud Sourcing, Spares, Sustainability & Security (CS4) team. The position offers a competitive base salary range of $117,200 - $229,200 USD annually, with higher ranges for specific locations like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City. The role operates in a hybrid work environment, allowing up to 50% work from home, with 0-25% travel requirements.

As a Senior Sourcing Engineer, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing Microsoft's silicon technology sourcing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams across Roadmap Planning, Silicon Engineering, and Capacity Planning. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, driving cost optimization initiatives, and ensuring supply chain resilience.

The ideal candidate should possess either a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in relevant fields. Strong technical knowledge in silicon engineering, combined with business acumen, is essential.
