Responsibilities For Senior Technical Support Engineer - Azure

  • Own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues
  • Act as an advisor to customers and collaborate across teams
  • Lead in building communities and share knowledge through readiness programs
  • Provide technical coaching and mentoring
  • Engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams
  • Help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools
  • Provide advanced technical support to IT professionals, developers, architects, and executive management
  • Drive customer success and confidence in the Azure platform
  • Provide Best Practice recommendations across Azure resources

Requirements For Senior Technical Support Engineer - Azure

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of technical support experience (or 5+ years experience without degree)
  • 3+ years experience in customer facing or customer support role
  • 3+ years experience in troubleshooting Web App on Linux, Windows IIS, Azure Web Apps or Docker
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Server products, network connectivity
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
