Responsibilities For Service Engineer II

  • Perform deep technical investigations to solve complex performance issues for Microsoft Advertising customers and partners
  • Resolve customer issues in accordance with SLAs, balancing speed and quality
  • Contribute to product improvements by filing bugs and design change requests
  • Drive root cause analysis and service improvements
  • Compose service alerts and issue visibility correspondence
  • Support rollouts of new pilots and features
  • Create process documentation for support teams
  • Conduct escalation data and trend analysis

Requirements For Service Engineer II

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Experience working with large-scale cloud or distributed systems (preferred)
  • Domain knowledge in Display/Native/Video advertising (preferred)
