Responsibilities For Site Reliability Engineer

  • Develop and test changes to optimize code and improve observability, reliability and operability
  • Participate in code/design reviews, regular meetings, on-call rotations, and incident responses
  • Respond to incidents during regular on-call rotations
  • Implement configuration and data changes across product components
  • Troubleshoot problems affecting availability, reliability, performance, and efficiency
  • Contribute to improvements in product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance

Requirements For Site Reliability Engineer

  • 3+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Must be willing to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) work hours
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years
  • Experience in software development using languages like C#, Python, Go, Java, or similar
  • Familiarity in cloud environments like Azure, AWS, and GCP
