Responsibilities For Site Reliability Engineer
- Develop and test changes to optimize code and improve observability, reliability and operability
- Participate in code/design reviews, regular meetings, on-call rotations, and incident responses
- Respond to incidents during regular on-call rotations
- Implement configuration and data changes across product components
- Troubleshoot problems affecting availability, reliability, performance, and efficiency
- Contribute to improvements in product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance
Requirements For Site Reliability Engineer
- 3+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Must be willing to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) work hours
- Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years
- Experience in software development using languages like C#, Python, Go, Java, or similar
- Familiarity in cloud environments like Azure, AWS, and GCP
