Responsibilities For Site Reliability Engineer

  • Lead incident responses for service disruptions, perform root-cause analysis, and implement post-incident improvements
  • Own, triage, and resolve production issues with emphasis on broad communication and learning
  • Drive reliability and performance across services through proactive monitoring, alerting, and process automation
  • Configure and design end-to-end service telemetry, smart alerting, and self-healing capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and exercise cross-team cooperation and influence

Requirements For Site Reliability Engineer

Linux
  • 3+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Experience in desktop or application virtualization using Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID Authentication
  • Understanding of Operating System Concepts and Identity Access Management
  • Enterprise scale experience in virtualization and certificate services
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information (citizenship verification required)
