Responsibilities For Site Reliability Engineer II

  • Lead incident responses for service disruptions, perform root-cause analysis, and implement post-incident improvements
  • Own, triage, and resolve production issues with emphasis on broad communication
  • Drive reliability and performance across services through proactive monitoring, alerting, and automation
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to build tools and processes that reinforce reliability
  • Configure and design end-to-end service telemetry, smart alerting, and self-healing capabilities

Requirements For Site Reliability Engineer II

Linux
  • 4+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
  • 3+ years of expertise in networking implementation and troubleshooting
  • 3+ years of experience working on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop or application virtualization using Azure Virtual Desktop
  • 2+ experience of Active Directory and Entra ID Authentication
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Citizenship verification required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
