The Windows Cloud division is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer II (SRE II) to help take the Windows Cloud platform, Windows 365 Cloud PC, and Azure Virtual Desktop business to the next level. These services have been recognized as leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrantâ„¢ for Desktop as a Service (DaaS) for two consecutive years. As an SRE II, you will participate in service design aspects, develop code and tools to reduce operational burden, enable feature teams to increase deployment velocity, and monitor changes across the footprint. You'll analyze telemetry data for capacity planning, identify trends for continuous improvement, and deploy automation to manage Windows Cloud services. The role involves on-call rotations to resolve live site incidents and improve infrastructure to prevent recurring issues.
