Description For Software Engineer

Microsoft is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Customer Success Engineering organization, specifically working on the Copilot Proactive Outreach Platform. This role is part of a transformative initiative focusing on customer satisfaction and AI-driven solutions. The team builds systems that quantify and improve customer experience, utilizing AI and ML models to develop deep insights and proactive customer engagement strategies.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology, particularly with Microsoft's Copilot systems. You'll be part of a combined engineering and Data Science team that architects AI systems, including survey systems, backend storage, ML and LLM models, and smart proactive outreach platforms. The role involves building systematic ways to engage with customers across Microsoft 365 surfaces to enhance product experience.

Working in Dublin, Ireland, with up to 100% work-from-home flexibility, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable services using Azure cloud technologies. The position requires strong technical skills in various programming languages and experience with full-stack web services and Big Data systems.
