Responsibilities For Software Engineer II

  • Work in partnership with the product management and partner teams
  • Work across teams to implement the features and work needed to improve customer satisfaction
  • Define, drive and execute development of features in the M365 Admin Center
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the development of features and services
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Write efficient, high-quality code and perform thorough testing
  • Continuously improve the engineering process, assure quality, and manage risks
  • Be customer-obsessed and data-driven in decision-making

Requirements For Software Engineer II

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
  • Design and development experience in web and RESTful services
  • Experience in one or more web application dev frameworks like Angular, React, Redux, etc
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
