Microsoft's Business & Industry Copilots group is seeking a Software Engineer through their Neurodiversity Hiring Program. This role is within the Customer Zero Engineering team, focusing on building next-generation applications running on Dynamics 365, AI, Copilot, and Microsoft cloud services.

The position offers an opportunity to work on strategic projects driving AI transformation across Marketing, Sales, Services, and Support organizations within Microsoft. The team operates in an agile, high-energy environment, leveraging Azure & Power Platform to deliver robust and efficient solutions that serve as reference architecture for large companies.

As a Software Engineer, you'll be part of a diverse engineering team working on end-to-end business scenarios using cutting-edge technologies. The role involves solving challenging problems for large-scale 24x7 business SaaS applications, with a focus on full stack or backend development.

  • Good development experience using Azure resources and services
  • Good exposure to VSO, Git and modern engineering practices

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant educational background
