Azure for Operators (AFO), part of Microsoft's Strategic Missions and Technology organization, is seeking an Entry-Level Software Engineer to join their team in Belfast. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on critical telecom solutions, combining frontend and backend development. You'll be responsible for maintaining and developing customer-facing platforms, internal tools, and reporting systems using various technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js. Responsibilities For Software Engineering (Early in Profession Opportunity)

  • Maintain UX for Freshwork omnichannel system
  • Build and maintain Freshdesk custom apps using Node.js
  • Develop proprietary tools using Python, C#, and Java
  • Design and maintain customer portal UX
  • Maintain documentation for users
  • Build and maintain PowerBI DB solution
  • Create reports for KPIs and SLAs
  • Engage with internal users for requirements gathering
  • Manage external customer communications
  • Build relationships with internal user-base

Requirements For Software Engineering (Early in Profession Opportunity)
