Responsibilities For Software Quality Engineer
- Drive the end to end quality and test strategy for multiple large, complex features
- Collaborate with software and data engineers to design, create, and leverage data insight
- Develop manual test approaches for owned features
- Share successes and failures with the broader Studios Quality organization
- Build collaborative relationships across disciplines and organizational boundaries
- Help build and foster a Quality first mindset
Requirements For Software Quality Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years software industry experience OR Master's Degree with 2+ years experience
- 4+ years experience using data, automation, telemetry systems
- Solid interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication capabilities
- Passionate about games and the players who play them
- Experience with data centric tools (Kusto, PowerBI, Azure Data Bricks, SQL, Synapse)
- Comfortable debugging code and using automation technologies
- Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
