The position is based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and requires an active Top Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship. The role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $200,300 per year, with higher ranges for specific locations like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City.
As an Electrical Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all electrical construction activities related to data center buildout, upgrade, and renovation. This includes managing contractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining schedules and budgets. The role requires extensive experience in electrical construction management, preferably in data center or mission-critical facilities.
Key responsibilities include project management, design review and implementation, safety and compliance oversight, quality control, procurement and budgeting, and stakeholder communication. You'll work with a diverse team of engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of electrical systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards is essential. Professional certifications such as PMP or Licensed Master Electrician are preferred.
