Responsibilities For Support Engineer (Data Integration)

  • Own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues
  • Act as an advisor to customers, collaborating within and across teams
  • Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles
  • Share knowledge through readiness programs and technical coaching
  • Engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate product defects
  • Help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools

Requirements For Support Engineer (Data Integration)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR 5+ years equivalent experience
  • Experience with Big Data or Analytics Products (Azure Data Factory, Hadoop, Spark, Azure HDInsight, Azure Databricks)
  • Experience with Azure Cosmos DB, NoSQL Services, MongoDB
  • Knowledge of Open Source Ecosystem (Linux, Apache)
  • Programming experience in Python, Scala, R
  • Experience in customer support, technical support, or IT consulting
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
