Description For Technical Support Engineer - Azure Identity

Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer - Azure Identity

  • Take ownership of new cases and escalations via telephone and Web
  • Provide support to Enterprise customers and partners
  • Investigate and scope customer issues through research and collaboration
  • Ensure support requests are handled according to SLA
  • Document technical work and research comprehensively
  • Work critical cases on 24x7 basis or through on-call model when needed
  • Maintain proactive approach to customer satisfaction

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer - Azure Identity

  • Passion for Microsoft technologies and customers/partners
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
  • Logical and critical thinking abilities
  • Deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty
  • Minimum 3 years IT experience
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronic engineering or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers and Client Operating Systems
  • Understanding of Microsoft Cloud (Azure/Office 365) and Windows Server products
  • Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, WS-Federation and SAML
