Requirements For Technical Support Engineer - Azure Synapse Analytics

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 1+ year technical support/consulting experience, OR 3+ years technical support/consulting experience
  • 3+ years experience in database design/development/operations with systems like SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics
  • 1+ year experience with DBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Business-level Japanese language proficiency
  • Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 750 or 1+ year international customer experience)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with independent thinking
