As a Technical Support Engineer for Cosmos DB, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of Azure Cosmos DB for enterprise customers worldwide.

Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, working directly with customers to understand their challenges and provide solutions.   • Own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues
  • Act as an advisor to customers, collaborating within and across teams
  • Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles
  • Share knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching and mentoring
  • Engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate product defects
  • Help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools

  • Experience with Database, Big Data or Analytics Products and Services
  • Fluency in English OR German, French, and/or Italian
