Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer - Data Integration

  • Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues
  • Collaborate within and across teams using troubleshooting tools and practices
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge
  • Develop technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately
  • Contribute to Microsoft product improvements

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer - Data Integration

Python
  • Hands-on experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology domain
  • Experience with Big Data or Analytics Products and Services (Azure Data Factory, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Azure HDInsight, Azure Databricks, Azure Cosmos DB, NoSQL Services, MongoDB, Data Lake)
  • Experience with Cloud Streaming technologies
  • Knowledge of Open Source Ecosystem (Linux, Apache, etc.)
  • Developer Experience in Python, Scala, R
  • Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • German language skills would be an advantage
  • Experience in Microsoft Fabric is preferred
