Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer - Exchange & Outlook

  • Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues related to Exchange and Outlook
  • Collaborate within and across teams using troubleshooting tools and practices
  • Build communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge
  • Develop technical and professional proficiency through training
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately
  • Provide high-value technical support services to customers
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge
  • Provide feedback to development teams on product issues

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer - Exchange & Outlook

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of technical support experience
  • OR 3+ years of technical support or IT experience
  • Fluent Japanese language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • English language skills (confident in reading and writing, moderate speaking)
  • Knowledge of Exchange Online and Exchange Server
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Windows server systems
  • Understanding of cloud services and Microsoft 365
