This role is part of the Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization, which focuses on building trust and confidence through seamless support experiences. As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues, leveraging Microsoft's AI technology to help consumers, businesses, and partners. The position offers a flexible work arrangement with up to 50% work from home capability.   • Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues
  • Collaborate within and across teams using troubleshooting tools and practices
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge
  • Develop technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer - Intune

Linux
  • Hands-on working experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology
  • Experience in global customer service environment resolving complex technical issues
  • Experience with sys-admin, active directory
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • SCCM- Config Manager experience/Cloud experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of French, German, Italian and Spanish (advantage)
