Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization, with over 17,000 employees worldwide, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer specializing in Intune support. This role is part of the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support to Microsoft's diverse customer base.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, working with Microsoft's cutting-edge AI technology to help customers maximize their Microsoft investments. Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer- Intune

  • Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues
  • Collaborate within and across teams using troubleshooting tools and practices
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles
  • Develop technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer- Intune

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support experience
  • Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Confident in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Mobile device OS, Client, Server knowledge
  • Understanding of Cloud services
  • Experience with WSUS, SMS, SCCM 2007, 2012 and Microsoft Intune preferred
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Security, OS Internals
  • Understanding of networking concepts – DNS, protocols, Devices
