As part of a 17,000+ employee worldwide team, you'll join the Customer Experience & Success organization to empower customers and accelerate business value. The role involves owning and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating across teams, and leveraging Microsoft's AI technology to help customers achieve more from their investments. Working within CSS, you'll troubleshoot sophisticated customer problems, build technical communities, and contribute to product improvements. The position offers flexible remote work options with up to 100% work from home capability. Requirements For Technical Support Engineer - Kubernetes

  • Solid understanding of container technology and Kubernetes
  • Fluent English language skills

  • Understanding of container networking and CNI
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Platform and architecture
