This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support through troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Windows systems. The role combines technical expertise in Windows administration, system configuration, and cloud technologies with customer service excellence. Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer - Windows

  • Own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues
  • Act as an advisor to customers
  • Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles
  • Share knowledge through readiness programs
  • Provide technical coaching and mentoring
  • Engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams
  • Investigate potential product defects
  • Develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer - Windows

  • Hands on working experience in Technical consulting or information technology
  • Windows System Administration/Configuration experience
  • Experience with Hyper-V management and VM deployment
  • Knowledge of Clustering and Resilient Storage technology
  • Proficiency in Windows backup and VSS
  • Experience with Performance/Resource Monitor
  • Knowledge of Event Logs & Auditing
  • English language proficiency (or fluent in German, French, Italian)
  • Experience with Azure Portal
