Requirements For Technical Support Engineer / Windows Performance

  • 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or IT experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 1+ year experience
  • Must be able to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Valid passport for citizenship verification
  • Knowledge of Windows System Administration and Configuration
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools like Process Explorer/Process Monitor
  • Understanding of core OS architecture
  • Proficiency in PowerShell/CMD line utilities
