The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical support experience or a relevant degree with 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineering

  • Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues
  • Collaborate within and across teams using troubleshooting tools and practices
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles
  • Develop technical and professional proficiency through training
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately

Requirements For Technical Support Engineering

  • 5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or IT experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT with 3+ years experience
  • Windows System Administration and Configuration knowledge
  • Understanding of Registry, File Storage, User Accounts and Access Control
  • Knowledge of Event Logs, Auditing, Performance, Resource Monitor
  • Networking (TCP, IP) expertise
  • Experience with Azure fundamentals and resource deployment
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
