Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineering

  • Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues
  • Collaborate within and across teams leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge
  • Develop technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately

Requirements For Technical Support Engineering

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support experience
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • 3 to 4 years of experience working on .NET, ASP.NET, Azure Bot, Signal R, IIS Server
  • Excellent Customer Support Service experience
  • Must be comfortable working during North America Business hours and on rotational weekends
