Requirements For Technical Support Engineering

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
  • 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
