This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support by leveraging Microsoft's AI technology to help consumers, businesses, and partners resolve technical issues efficiently. The position offers a hybrid work environment with up to 50% work from home flexibility.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues, collaborating across teams, and contributing to product improvements. Requirements For Technical Support Engineering

  • 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • OR 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
