Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineering

  • Review and resolve complex technical issues with multiple product components
  • Act as technical advisor to customers and handle escalated cases
  • Perform complex product troubleshooting and remediation
  • Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues
  • Implement end-to-end readiness programs and mentor other engineers
  • Provide feedback for product improvements
  • Develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools
  • Participate in case triage meetings and knowledge sharing

Requirements For Technical Support Engineering

Linux
Kubernetes
  • 5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or IT experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (with 3+ years experience)
  • Experience with Windows Server management tools
  • Proficiency in Azure Stack HCI, Hyper-V, Containers & Kubernetes
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Experience with network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of storage performance and reliability troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Active Directory Domain Services and DNS
