Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their Customer Service & Support (CSS) team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and solving customer technical issues, with a strong focus on SQL Server database administration and management.
The role requires extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database administration, migration, maintenance, and optimization. You'll work with various versions of SQL Server and be responsible for implementing high availability solutions, disaster recovery, and performance tuning. The position offers flexibility with up to 100% work-from-home options and requires only 0-25% travel.
