Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineering - Azure

  • Review and resolve complex technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and provide customer support using various tools
  • Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues
  • Assist in implementing end-to-end readiness programs
  • Mentor new Technical Support Engineers
  • Provide feedback for product improvement
  • Identify and escalate potential defects
  • Participate in case triage meetings

Requirements For Technical Support Engineering - Azure

  • 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or IT experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ year technical support experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Azure Experience
  • Experience in Technical Support environments
  • Competent in billing processes
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
