Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineering - Azure Databricks

  • Review and resolve complex technical issues
  • Act as an advisor to customers and handle complex cases
  • Perform complex product troubleshooting and remediation
  • Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues
  • Implement end-to-end readiness programs and mentor other engineers
  • Provide feedback for product improvements
  • Develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools
  • Participate in case triage meetings
  • Implement strategic business decisions with customers and partners

Requirements For Technical Support Engineering - Azure Databricks

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of technical support experience
  • 3+ years proficient experience using Databricks and Python
  • Prior experience on technical support environments with enterprise customers
  • Competent with Big Data or Analytics Products and Services (Azure Data Factory, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Data Lake or Cloud Streaming technologies)
  • Familiar with Python, Scala, or R tools
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
