Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for their Identity services with Korean language support. This role is part of the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team, where you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft's identity and authentication services. The position offers up to 100% remote work flexibility and requires expertise in Azure AD, authentication protocols, and strong language skills in Korean, English, and Japanese.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft identity technologies, including Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra, O365, and various authentication protocols.
