Description For Technical Support Engineering - Identity (Korean Language Support)

Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for their Identity services with Korean language support. This role is part of the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team, where you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft's identity and authentication services. The position offers up to 100% remote work flexibility and requires expertise in Azure AD, authentication protocols, and strong language skills in Korean, English, and Japanese.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft identity technologies, including Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra, O365, and various authentication protocols. You'll be working with enterprise customers to resolve complex identity and authentication issues, requiring both technical expertise and excellent communication skills in multiple languages.

Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineering - Identity (Korean Language Support)

  • Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles
  • Develop technical and professional proficiency through training
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately
  • Collaborate within and across teams using troubleshooting tools and practices

Requirements For Technical Support Engineering - Identity (Korean Language Support)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support experience
  • Fluent in Korean (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Business Level English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra, O365
  • Knowledge of Access Management technologies (MFA, Conditional Access)
  • Experience with authentication protocols (Kerberos, PKI, OAuth, SSO, SAML)
  • Experience with HTTP debugging tools like Fiddler
  • Ability to work in shift schedule including evenings
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
