Description For Technical Support Engineering - Intune

Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of Microsoft's end-to-end customer experience. The Customer Service & Support (CSS) team is looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues related to Intune. This role offers flexibility with up to 100% work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, investigate, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams
  • Participate in communities with peer delivery roles
  • Develop technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness
  • Identify potential product defects and provide feedback to senior engineers

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting, or IT experience OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ year(s) of technical support, technical consulting, or IT experience
  • Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Confident in reading and writing English; moderate spoken English skills
