Microsoft's Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization is seeking a Technical Support Engineer specializing in Intune to join their Security, Compliance, Identity and Management (SCIM) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with Microsoft's enterprise security and management solutions, helping customers protect their data and secure their environments. The position allows for 100% remote work, offering exceptional flexibility.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be part of a global team of over 18,000 employees in the Customer Experience & Success organization. Requirements For Technical Support Engineering - Intune

  • 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or IT experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 1+ year experience
  • Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Moderate English skills (confident in reading and writing)
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • Passion for customer service and technical problem-solving
