Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineering - Windows Performance

  • Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues related to Windows platform
  • Analyze Windows performance issues, system errors, and application errors
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting including performance analysis and dump analysis
  • Collaborate with domestic escalation engineers and US headquarters development teams
  • Provide technical support for Windows functionality and UI
  • Build and participate in peer communities for knowledge sharing
  • Identify and escalate potential product defects
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to accurately understand and resolve issues

Requirements For Technical Support Engineering - Windows Performance

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of technical experience OR 3+ years of technical experience
  • Fluent Japanese language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • English language skills (confident in reading and writing, moderate speaking)
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure (hardware, OS, network)
  • Experience in system implementation, operation, and troubleshooting
  • Technical support, system engineering, or software development experience
