Responsibilities For Technical Support - Fabric Data Engineering

  • Own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues
  • Act as an advisor to customers, collaborating within and across teams
  • Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles
  • Share knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching and mentoring
  • Engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects
  • Help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools

Requirements For Technical Support - Fabric Data Engineering

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough troubleshooting and debugging, including Linux troubleshooting
  • Experience in Big Data or Analytics Products and Services (Spark, Databricks, Cloud Streaming technologies)
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, Python, Scala or R
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering & Data Science, Synapse Analytics, Azure HDInsight
  • Knowledge in HDFS, Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
