Manufacturing Process Engineer

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Mill, you'll play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the manufacturing processes for Mill's products. You'll work with Contract Manufacturing partners and Tier 1 suppliers, designing fixtures and improving production efficiency.

This position is ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong background in manufacturing processes and electro-mechanical systems. You'll need to bring 5+ years of relevant experience, along with expertise in CAD (NX) and the ability to write scripts for data analysis. The role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive initiatives independently.
