Description For Delivery Manager

Mindera is seeking a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background to join their world-class team. This role involves leading a team of developers crafting solutions for a high-profile video gaming client. The Delivery Manager will be involved in the product life cycle, gathering and refining playable requirements, working closely with development and business teams, and maintaining solid communication with stakeholders to ensure constant progress and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor the team as an Agile advocate and drive continuous improvement processes
  • Manage conflicts and impediments, coaching the team on handling them
  • Ensure all stakeholders are updated on team progress and deliverables
  • Provide clear reports tailored to different audiences
  • Triage development and QA tickets based on business and customer priorities
  • Own and supervise the product backlog, story writing, project roadmap, and dependencies
  • Translate product features into well-defined requirements
  • Collaborate with development teams, software architects, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure team delivery against agreed plans
  • Influence product vision definition and break it into smaller, incremental deliverables
  • Assist in identifying market opportunities
  • Plan and execute the end-to-end product development lifecycle

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams in a similar role, with a software engineering background and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) is required. The role may involve 0-15% travel time to the UK and USA, and the ability to coordinate schedules across multiple time zones is essential.
