Senior Backend Engineer

Minimum, a Y Combinator-backed startup founded in 2020, is on a mission to tackle global carbon emissions. They're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their growing engineering team. The role involves working on their carbon management platform that helps businesses calculate, report on, and reduce their carbon footprint.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of backend engineering experience, with expertise in Python and web frameworks. Key responsibilities include owning the design and implementation of complex features, contributing to core product development, and mentoring junior team members. Within your first few months, you'll gain deep understanding of the system architecture and become an integral part of the engineering team.
