IT System Engineer I - Hybrid

Mint Mobile is seeking a talented IT System Engineer I to join the Tech Ops Team in Costa Mesa, CA. This hybrid role reports to the Manager Engineering, Info Tech and requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed.

As the IT Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for the company's internal core IT needs in an "invent and simplify" culture. Your responsibilities include:

• Serving as escalation for Help Desk Technicians
• Managing AV-related architecture and engineering tasks
• Collaborating with other business units to improve workflows through automation
• Implementing automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure
• Managing user accounts across multiple cloud applications
• Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• 3+ years operational IT enterprise experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience with routing, switching, cloud-based applications, VMware, Okta Administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Products including Active Directory, Azure, Group Policy, Intune, and Operating Systems
• Experience managing Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Expertise with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages
• Strong experience with Mac and Windows operating systems
• General Linux experience
